Service Engineer

Job Requirement: 工作職責(zé)：

1. Pre-acceptance machine in Euro plant before delivery;

歐洲工廠交貨前預(yù)驗(yàn)收機(jī)器;

2. Machine Installation , commissioning and training during final acceptance in customer’s plant;

客戶工廠最終驗(yàn)收期間的機(jī)器安裝、調(diào)試和培訓(xùn);

3. Maintenance and trouble-shooting of machines in customers’ side;

客戶方機(jī)器的維護(hù)和故障排除;

4.  Deliver customer’s demand or request back to Service and spare parts sales.

將客戶的需求或要求反饋給服務(wù)和備件銷售。

Job Qualification: 任職資格

1. Colleague degree or above, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering;

機(jī)械制造或電氣工程相關(guān)專業(yè)，大專以上學(xué)歷

2. 3+ years related working experience; CNC machine related knowledge is a must; Professional trained is prefer;

3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；必須具備數(shù)控機(jī)床相關(guān)知識；受過專業(yè)訓(xùn)練者優(yōu)先;

3. Good written and spoken English and computer skills.

良好的英語書寫和口語能力及計(jì)算機(jī)技能。

Service Manager

Job Requirement: 工作職責(zé)：

1. Fulfill Service strategy from company and service Head  

執(zhí)行公司和服務(wù)主管的服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略；

2. In charge of service team daily management work and the members’ management training and assessment;

負(fù)責(zé)服務(wù)隊(duì)的日常管理工作及隊(duì)員的管理培訓(xùn)和考核；

3. Develop/ Review strong incentive to motivate Service business;

發(fā)展/制定強(qiáng)有力的激勵(lì)措施以促進(jìn)服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展；

4. Develop and implement the operation of service team business to give fully technical support for the sales;

開發(fā)和實(shí)施服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)務(wù)，為銷售提供全面的技術(shù)支持；

5. Ensure Occupational Safety for Service Dept. and make Department development plan and annual budget.

確保服務(wù)部門的職業(yè)安全，制定部門發(fā)展計(jì)劃和年度預(yù)算。

Job Qualification: 任職資格

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanics or Electronics;

機(jī)械或電子專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷

2. 5+ years related working experience with CNC machine for grinding technique and service management, and professional relationally trained and good leadership skill is preferred;

5年以上數(shù)控磨削技術(shù)和服務(wù)管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，受過相關(guān)專業(yè)培訓(xùn)者和有管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3. Team oriented and strong good communication skills;

具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和良好的溝通能力；

4. Excellent English for both oral and written.

Spare Parts Sales

Job Requirement: 工作職責(zé)：

1. In charge of the Spare parts’ daily management work and the management based on department direction;

負(fù)責(zé)備件的日常管理工作，并根據(jù)部門指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行管理；

2. Develop/ Review strong incentive to motivate Spare parts business;

制定并發(fā)展強(qiáng)有力的激勵(lì)措施，發(fā)展備件業(yè)務(wù)；

3. Make yearly and monthly spare parts quotation, order intake and turn over report with and analysis report;

制作年度、月度備件報(bào)價(jià)、訂單進(jìn)銷報(bào)告及分析報(bào)告；

4. Carry out spare parts team target and track the payment process;

執(zhí)行備件團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)并跟蹤付款過程;

5. Establishing and maintaining of spare parts inventory levels in coordination with the service team and SCM.

與服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和供應(yīng)鏈管理協(xié)調(diào)建立和維持備件庫存水平。

Job Qualification: 任職資格

1. Bachelor degree or above;

本科及以上學(xué)歷；

2. 3+ years related working experience with after sales market; basic knowledge for Mechanical and Electrical is preferred;

3年以上售后市場相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有機(jī)電基礎(chǔ)知識者優(yōu)先；

3. Commercial and basic supply chain management knowledge; basic trade experience is preferred;

具備商業(yè)和基礎(chǔ)供應(yīng)鏈管理知識；有基本貿(mào)易經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

4. Excellent written and spoken English and good communication skills.

Application Engineer

Job Requirement: 工作職責(zé)：

1. Responsible for all application on our Milling & Boring machines imported or local build. It includes machining test, the preparation of time-studies, operational plans and technical analysis.

負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)口或國產(chǎn)化銑床和鏜床的所有應(yīng)用。它包括加工試驗(yàn)、時(shí)間研究的準(zhǔn)備、操作計(jì)劃和技術(shù)分析。

2. Assist the sales BU`s whenever needed in the field for technical support and analysis at customer side, exhibition, seminars and other events.

3. Responsible in the future to prepare competent quotations and these offers will be made in cooperation with your local and foreign colleagues of the different company brands.

4. Responsible for the Competence Centre and the machines available, its application, demonstrations, development, localisation, maintenance etc.

5. Decide on what kind of application will be executed on the various available machines in the Competence Centre

Job Qualification: 任職資格

1. College degree or above;

大專及以上學(xué)歷；

2. Have the working experience for MBM application；Good Design skill is preferred;

具有鏜銑加工的方案應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

3. Excellent written and spoken English and good communication skills.
